In the Continent of Heimatland, several countries can be found, more so then on the other two Continents.
Undgard: A country in the far west of Heimatland, separated from the other countries by the line of mountains inhabited by the Dwarves. The country itself is the largest in terms of land owned, which technically everything of the mountains, almost four tenths of the Continents total landmass. The country is occupied by humans, green orcs and half-breeds of the two. It produces the finest barbarians, berzerkers and shamans in all of Heimatland. It is a part of the Alliance of Free Peoples, but mainly for trade rights although it is very willing to fight when war calls. Undgard does not acknowledge the authority of the Confessors.
Head of State: Grand Chief Slepnir Proud-Axe
Patron Deity(s): Kord
Meisterland: Meisterland is the "human" country to the east of the mountain range. While its ruled by a human Kaizer (Emperor) and the Elector Counts that rule the individual cities are all human, the country is very multi racial, with Elves, Dwarves and Green Orcs all being very common. Natives of Meisterland don't have a last name, usually place of origin or parent takes the place of a last name, such as "Lukas Son of Jarl" or "Lukas of Reisender." Adventurers from Meisterland are as varied as its people, the wide selection of trainers to be found in the different cities train people for all walks of path. Its Capital City, Leuchtfeuer, is guarded by 10,000 elite soldiers known as "The Gold Guard," the most professional and famous city guard on the planet. Meisterland is a part of the Alliance of Free Peoples, not only that, but it was a Meisterland Kaizer that called the meeting for and wrote the charter that created the Alliance in the first place.

Dvergar: Dvergar is the name of both the mountain range that runs down the centre of Heimatland and the collection of cities in the mountain that form the Dwarf country. The cities within are built by hallowing out massive spaces in the gargantuan mountains. The art of building a city within a mountain is a careful one, as digging in the wrong way can cause the whole mountain to come down, luckily, the Dwarves have gotten very good at stopping this from happening, with strategically placed towers, that also function as pillars. While the name "Dvergar" is an old word in the Dwarvish tongue, the cities in the country are named after the Clan that runs the city, such as Ironside, Ironwing, Brassbelt, Bronzecrown or Greenknife. Most Dwarf last names come from something their ancestors were very well known for producing and got associated to them in that manner, some families still produce the same items, such as the Greenknives. While the Dwarves have a "King" he does not have supreme power like other kings, instead the King is in fact the head of the grand Dwarf council, which is made up from the head of every Clan head, and thus, the mayor of every city. Being King is not hereditary, when a King passes away, the Council choose another. Usually a King will remain in that position until death, but it is possible for a vote of no confidence to remove him of his position. Dvergar is a part of the Alliance of Free Peoples.

To the world who walks through the country would see it and think it is rather bare from the view of how many settlements there are, that is because a lot of the country's populance are underground. Above the country is a place where the wild runs fairly free. One main focal point of the land is the Dur'Kralog forrest, a dark place where the trees are a dark sickly green and is it whispered that evil spirits lurk in the wood. Littered all over the land are large holes and cave entrances that lead to the part of the world that the outsiders refer to as 'The Underdark' many of these holes have at most a fortress and at least a small outpost guarding the entrances. Under the ground there are deep tunnels that lead to the cities of the Dark Elves. Most prominant of these cities is Ielorth the Dark Elf capital where the Queen resides at the deepest part of the Underdark.

Guttensutag: Guttenstag is the dreadfully cold land of the Frost giants. It is full of mountains that would take days for folk of a regular size to climb whilst a Frost giant can travel up it in a number of hours, a full day if they were not too anxious about reaching the top. The Frost giants live in huge citadels that dwarf all of the other races. Their capital of Copenharg has gates that are as high as a human palace us long despite the fact they do not need the height. It is a slight show of vanity upon the giants but whilst they also look impressive there is no recorded time in history where the gates of Copenharg have been breached in a time of war. This is the main home of the Frost Giant's raiding partys and vast armies leave Copenharg before splitting in to smaller groups to raid other lands.
