Maybe we could have an adventure sorta dnd esque. Where a certain powerful person pulls many of the *more active* people from the site and creates a group. We have to look for a certain object or something of the like

I have one
A beautiful Princess is locked in a Tower, Destined to be saved by the next Kaizer, Galrauch is prophesied to do it, so after descent into the Tomb of Kings to retrieve the Sword of Leaders, he gathers motley crew (the other members) and rides off to save/have sex with the Princess.

I think we should have a powerful Dark Elf Wytches use her Black Orcs to steal a holy relic and hide it away for safe keeping in a minotaur labyrinth.
We will recruit folks to rescue it as well as the fair maidens who have been trapped in the Labrynth.

Well I think it would be "hires/tricks" the Black Orcs, more so then she uses "her" black orcs, they don't tend to belong to anyone in that aspect, bar bigger black orcs. But if someone was interested in DMing/GMing the event, I'd be quite interested.
